Lean Body Boot Camp is a small group fitness class that combines fat melting cardio, small weights and stomach flattening core and abdominal training into a fun and fast paced 1 hour session. No two workouts are the same so you will never be bored again.
This is a safe and effective workout that can be done by people of all ages and abilities. If you want to lose 5 pounds or 50 pounds you can do it.
You will see the results that you want in as little as an hour a day, 3 to 4 days a week. There are no crazy diets. We give you a few easy guidelines to follow; you lose inches and burn fat with our intense calorie burning workouts. You are going to be sore the first couple of times, nothing major just enough to know that you had an awesome intense workout.
