Annihilation: Total Body Training System is a hour long small group personal training session that combines High Intensity Interval Drills, Strength Training, Speed Agility Quickness Training, Core and Abdominal Exercises to give you the most intense and challenging workout ever. If your goal is to build lean muscle, burn stubborn body fat and feel great then this is for you.
